Mentoring a New Believer is an opportunity to come alongside someone who is beginning their walk with Christ. Through prayer, encouragement, Scripture, honest conversations, and a Christ-centered relationship, you can help them build a strong foundation of faith and learn what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You simply need a heart willing to listen, encourage, share what God has taught you, and point someone toward Jesus.
Walk with them. Pray with them. Grow together. Make disciples.

Leading Small Groups
Small groups are where relationships grow, faith becomes personal, and discipleship happens in community.
Leading a Small Group is about creating a welcoming space where people can connect, study God’s Word, pray together, ask questions, and encourage one another as they grow in their relationship with Christ.
You don’t have to be a Bible expert or have all the answers. A great small group leader simply has a heart for people, a willingness to serve, and a desire to help others take their next step with Jesus.
Create community. Encourage growth. Build relationships. Make disciples.

Inviting Others is about creating opportunities for people to encounter Jesus and experience the love of God through His church. Whether you invite a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker, your invitation could be the first step in someone’s journey of faith.
You don’t need the perfect words. Simply be intentional, build genuine relationships, and be willing to extend the invitation. God can use your faithfulness in ways you may never see.
